I had to put this in here as Walking actually has so many benefits, it's insane! Starting from: +Increasing lung capacity

+Improving heart health

+Boosting our immune system

+Helping in weight loss

+Reducing stress

+Improving mood

+Speeding up digestion

+Reducing sugar cravings

+Reducing chronic diseases

+Decreasing diabetes risk

+Lowers our blood pressure

+Delays ageing, reduces dementia risk

+Helps prevent cancer.

So many benefits which after doing research myself I was truly astounded!

PRACTICE: Everyones walking duration in a day varies but I would suggest walking for at least 20-30 minutes a day. Also I suggest going for a short or long walk after dinner to assist digestion.
