LISTEN TO YOUR BODY & TAKE TIME FOR YOU

Listening to your body is super important & I highly recommend listening to yourself literally everything that you do as we all have the answers within, if we truly listen. Keep going towards being Truthful to yourself and this will allow you to open up more and more to you, making it much easier to follow within and listen to your body.

Also...

Spending some time to be alone and to be away from everyone here and there is so good and super important in my opinion. For example, if you're in a busy house which things happening all the time... maybe go into a quiet room even if it's for 5 minutes and basically Conscious Breathe & bring yourself to the present moment (as it's all we have).

Taking Time for Yourself can also mean taking a day off work if you need it, or going for a walk if you feel like you need it... Listen to your body & Allow yourself to be Yourself :)
