PRACTICE: Conscious Breathing as much as possible daily & feel the

DEEP BELLY BREATHING
An amazing technique that enhances calmness & removes stress significantly. Another term for this type of breath is diaphragmatic breathing. Breathing through our diaphragm has so many benefits including:
-Lowers stress levels significantly
-Reduces blood pressure & slows down heart rate
-Regulates bodily functions
-Improves digestion
-Significantly reduces anxiety & depression
-Improves IBS
-Improves core muscle stability
-Reduces chances of injury

PRACTICE: Deep Belly Breathing 3 times a day & do 10-15 reps each time.
MEDITATION/STILLNESS
Meditation can be done in so many ways & forms. The art of breathing (preferably not in motion) without an attachment to any outcome is meditation. However focusing on your breathing while doing activities such as the dishes, gardening, etc is also a form of meditation. ​
The Benefits of Meditation are vast & glorious such as:
-Calms the mind, body & soul
-Reduces stress significantly
-Brings you in into the present moment
-Brings balance
-Calms down your nervous system
-Improves decision making
-Improves clarity​

Many feel that meditation is all about reaching a certain feeling however I encourage you to simply stop, pause & breathe while doing your best to allow thoughts to float by like clouds & continue to come back to your breath & focus all of your energy on that.

PRACTICE: There is 1,440 minutes in a day :) Practice meditation for at least 10-20 minutes daily. As you awaken, before bed or even after work are great times to meditate.

Mother Nature is so majestic, so magical & so powerful, she actually loves us so much! All we have to do is visit her & she will reward us with so many benefits such as:

-Clean oxygen & air for cell generation
-Enhanced clarity
-Improves calmness
-Removes negativity energy
-Empowers peace & positivity

Grounding our feet on Mother Earth is another powerful tool to significantly reduce stress.

PRACTICE: Just getting to nature is enough
PRACTICE: Grounding daily is awesome however 2-3 times a week is great too

432Hz & 528Hz frequency's provide so much positivity, healing, calmness & relaxation for our body, mind & soul. Simply experiment with these frequency's by playing them in your house & allow the magical; positive impact to shine through.

PRACTICE: Listen to one of the above daily for as long as you like
SLEEP UPGRADE
Getting a good nights rest is very important to recharge, heal & be your best version day-in-day out. The below video raises some awareness that all we have to do is simply breathe consciously before bed, have a pee then go to bed (sometimes do that twice). This will show you the power of the breath in regulating our nervous system & slowing down the organs, the mind, etc.

PRACTICE: Conscious Breathing while your laying down in bed 10 minutes, get up for a pee, then go back to bed & continue breathing.
EXERCISE
A simple one but a very effective one. Walking, running, dancing & simply moving energy are amazing tools to release old energy that no longer serves you. It also reduces stress massively!

PRACTICE: Exercise for at least 30 mins daily
