NATURE & gROUNDING

Nature is truly a Gift for us all! I highly suggest to go into Nature whenever you can even if it's once a month as it's truly an amazing place that is here for us in so many ways! The energy out in nature is of such a high vibration & the benefits of spending any given amount of time out there is so beneficial for our body, mind & souls. Also for healing, evolution, adventure, joy, etc.
Some benefits of the beautiful peaceful place that is Nature are:
High vibrational energy, allowing stillness of the mind
Clean oxygen from the trees, promoting clear lungs & improved health
Stress removal just by being there
Heighten states of awareness within & beyond
Removal of negative energy in auric field

Grounding is magnificent for the body, mind & soul in so may ways! Putting your feet on the ground (be it grass, dirt, rocks, etc) & truly embracing Mother Nature will raise your vibration.
Basically grounding is connecting & fusing with the land (Mother Gaia) in her glory & beautiful energy.
Grounding, has so many benefits including:
Stress reduction
Peacefulness within
Increased calmness
Improved digestion
Removal of negative energy in auric field

PRACTICE: Practising both grounding & spending time in nature as often as you can are great ideas both if you are stressed or if you are flying high & in a high vibration!
If stressed, they will bring a state of balance & calmness.
If flying high, they will enhance awareness & bring heightened states of consciousness
SUN AWARENESS

It's common knowledge but sometimes we can forget to get our daily dose of Sun! It's advised to get between 10-15 minutes of Sun per day but everyone has different bodies & in different moments in their unique experience so do what feels right you. The sun is our friend in the sky & provides amazing high vibrational goodness & energy, it's actually magical!
When natural sunlight hits our skin, it triggers the body's production Vitamin D also known as "the Sunshine Vitamin". This is a crucial ingredient for overall health as it lowers blood pressure, assists muscles, improves brain function & protects against cancer.

The Sun really does looks after us & further positive effects our beautiful friend in the sky has are:
Reduces stress levels
Boosts our immunity
Improves our mood
Improves sleep
Assists in weight loss
Assists in bone health
Assists with depression.
As you can tell, I'm a Sun-Lover & love getting myself some Vitamin D, it's truly a gift to us all :)

PRACTICE: Practising Sun-gazing in the morning, within an hour of sunrise & an hour of sunset as it's the safest when the sun is the closest to Earth however it's also perfectly fine to sun-gaze throughout the day but just remember to do your feel & slowly increase time in increments.
