STAY IN YOUR OWN ENERGY
Staying in your own energy/vibration can only enhance your experience in this moment as it allows you to be in your beautiful energy instead of someone else who is experiencing a different reality that isn't pleasant to feel or see. Remember, we are not responsible for others choices & decisions, so leave their vibration with them & stay in your energy. Also, staying in your own energy allows you to see anything within you that may need to be unlayered healed or evolved. By simply shining awareness on areas within that require healing & need attention will allow growth within & evolution within.
PRACTICE:Â When around other individuals, practice being aware in the moment & to observe others energy around you while being in your own energy. This is a technique that may take time but also may be picked up immediately.Â
TUNE INTO YOU
Tune into yourself. The more love you give to yourself & the more work you do on yourself, the more you'll tune into yourself. Do what you feel & be as authentic as possible for a more purified connection to self. The more connectivity within, the better experience you will have as you really know thyself or an unapologetic authentic level.
PRACTICE:Â Tune into yourself in any given moment to feel into any areas you would like to evolve or grow to enhance your experience.
PROJECTIONS AWARENESS
Be aware of the projections around you, particularly of others. Everyone is on their own journey & having a different experience, so be aware when others are reflecting their reality.
PRACTICE:Â Be aware when others push their fear & lower vibrations onto you & stay in your vibration and rise above others lower vibrational energy.
PART 2
AUTHENTICITY
Authenticity is all about being you. It’s all about being free. It’s all about purity. When you embody the authentic you, you allow yourself to do & be whatever you want to do & be.
Be Authentic, be free & do you.
PRACTICE: Be aware in the moment of anytime you feel like you aren't being the authentic you by doing things like people pleasing, disrespectful to your soul, judgemental, etc & rewire those patterns to be the pure, authentic version that you are.
