This one is short & sweet, this Calming Technique is something that I picked up over the years. This technique can be used in any situation where you need to relax & calm down. When doing this technique, feel any stress or lower vibration leaving you & replace it with calmness. Feel the Calm.
PRACTICE: The next time you are feeling a bit overwhelmed & stressed, use this technique. Give it a proper go by practicing it with discipline and really, truly feel the CAAAAAAALM.
You can say this technique out loud or in your head, do what feels better for you.
2 MINS UNTIL CALM TECHNIQUE
2 Minutes Until Calm is a Massive Breathing Technique! Use this technique anytime you may be out of breath, if you have spoken too much without a breath, feeling stressed, anxious, excited or even to calm down people around you. This technique is a magical gift & like I just mentioned it can be used to calm down people around you through the vibrational frequency that you will be emitting with this relaxing calming lion breath.
PRACTICE: Practice this technique anytime you want to calm down in two minutes & stick with it for the two minutes straight to feel the full effects. It's an amazing hack to bring in calmness in such a short period of time!

3 DEEP BREATHS TECHNIQUE
This 3 Deep Breaths Technique is similar to the practice above, this one here is even simpler & only requires 3 Deep Breaths.
Truly feeling the release of whatever needs to be released is how you pull off this amazing technique!
Use this technique anytime you would like to calm down in a short amount of time. This technique may have to be practiced for a bit of time until being able to pull it off in the moment, however for some you may be able to pick this up immediately. This one is all about how much you can feel into relaxing your body in a short amount of time.
PRACTICE: Practice this technique anytime you want to calm down in such a short amount of time. Like the above technique, be disciplined & give it a proper go. It's an amazing hack to bring in relaxation & calmness in a short period of time!
